Refund and Rescheduling Stand Alone Policy – 

A. Refund Policy for Online 1:1 Services – Includes Online Counselling, Online Meditation, Online Programs and Online Life Coaching sessions –

For all online 1:1 Services on ArjunMahajan.com, Arjun Mahajan books his time slot only when the concerned person chooses to opt in to any course, online/offline session, therapy, counseling, coaching or other services. We do not allocate that time frame to anybody else.
Hence, if the session is cancelled from the client side, we do not provide any refund to any booked service, booked programs or any Counselling or Meditation session.

In short, No Refund is initiated for the services once booked on our portal, if client wishes to cancel it.

B. Rescheduling the Sessions –

If the client wants to reschedule the sessions, he/she can choose to opt in to some other date within the next month. In unavoidable cases, he/she can conact office number 8080546761 to enroll for further dates.

C. Lapsing of Services –

All sessions that are more than 1 month old will get automatically lapsed. Arjun Mahajan, or http://www.ArjunMahajan.com won’t be held responsible for that loss.

​D. Rescheduling due to any reason from Arjun Mahajan –

If due to any reason, extending upto the Divine Act, any of client services are postponed, cancelled or rescheduled from our end, I will send you an intimation about it in your email. You can also coordinate about it with me on 8080546761.

E. Termination of the course/program/service in case of misconduct to anyone and misbehaviour –

I, Arjun Mahajan, at http://www.ArjunMahajan.com reserve the complete right to take the measure of “On Spot Termination Of Services” in case we obserse any misconduct to anyone participating in the group coaching sessions, therapy sessions or relevant services listed on our site. It also encompasses any misbehaviour towards Arjun Mahajan or anybody related to program. The invested amount done for the next sessions WON’T be refunded in that case.

F. Judisdiction –

All court matters would lead to Pune District Court.

G. Amendments to the current Policy –

We reserve the complete right to do amendments points to this policy, include the updates and modify it as and when required, time-to-time. If we do it, we will publish the updated policy here for everybody’s reference.
